Dolomeet 2025: Offsite Branding

OPPORTUNITY
DoloMeet is the Musixmatch company offsite, which happens every year in the Dolomites. Previous editions had an inconsistent identity, so for 2025 we set out to elevate the experience with a clear theme and a dedicated visual direction.
SOLUTION
Starting from the theme “out of the comfort zone”, I developed a design system and visual narrative inspired by the actions that help people expand their comfort zone: explore, learn, grow.
IMPACT
↗︎ 95.5% employee satisfaction rate measured through the post event survey.
↗︎ +20% percent increase in talent attraction.
